West Wood is a new build luxury 70-bed care home located in Sheringham, Norfolk. This bespoke turnkey Care home, was developed by Care Build Group for our Client Octopus Real Estate. Since its Grand Opening in October 2024, it is operated by the Avery Healthcare who provide 24 hour residential and dementia care for residents in a state-of-the-art setting.
Taking 18 months to complete the development comprises three floors of accommodation with one floor dedicated entirely to specialist dementia care.
